In the summer of the new millennium a group of like-minded individuals gathered together
to think of ways in which they could be of help to the society. Thoughts were shared,
plans were put forward, and thus the idea of providing the basic amenities to poor
schools became the agenda and TEAM for educational activities in motherland
was launched. Individual commitment to a group effort --that is what makes a TEAM work.
Members joined together and donated $10 every month and
this money is used towards providing the basic necessities in
poor schools. With the contributions made, the organization intends
to aid more schools every month. TEAM keeps growing with more members and that
has opened the possibility of helping more poor schools.
