Collect and do the following to get your school project online

1. Details of TEAM school project
2. List of Friends of TEAM Members - The same one available for FSA reimbursement.
3. Other documents needed to file tax.
• Receipts addressed to "TEAM, USA".
• For labor wages, please get a signature from the concerned person.
• Pictures of the projects executed including Friends of TEAM troop picture.
• Appreciation letter from headmaster or any authorized personals.
• Local news paper clippings carrying the details of TEAM school projects.
• Thank letter from Friends of TEAM members to TEAM.
4. Once you receive those items, do the following.
• Scan all the items to have as image files.
• Zip them and send toprojects@indiateam.org.
• Don't forget to include TEAM school project and Friends of TEAM Members forms.
• TEAM highly recommends soft copy from every member - BIG REQUEST.
5. Send the hard copy if you have NO option of soft copy.
• Send all the project details to TEAM - Data Centre.
• Send hard copies even if you have sent soft copy for our records.
• Don't forget to include TEAM school project and Friends of TEAM Members forms.
6. Video shoot to show in our TEAM meeting - OPTIONAL.
7. Visit other completed TEAM school projects.
