School Selection Guidelines
- Every TEAM Member is selected to help their choice of school in India.
- After selection, selected members will execute a project in their native.
- Members are selected as follows:
- All the members name are written and dropped in a box.
- Names will be randomly picked from the box by kids.
- Picked members will receive $500 from TEAM.
- Number of members selected depends upon the balance in our account.
- Selected member will not be included for next selection till
every member is selected.
- This way, every member gets a chance to help their school of choice.
- This selection cycle continues till all the members are selected.
- Once all are selected, next cycle starts with all the
members included.
- This selection cycle repeats continuously for ever to help
our schools.
- In this model, every member decide how and where their donations are spent.
- After receiving $ 500 from TEAM, members execute a project in
their native.
- Once the project is done successfully, they send report to TEAM.
